Thanks a lot Viol8ion, I red your message. I work frecuently with tables ( adobe table 3). After I have finished a tbale and want to make modifications, it doesn't accept it. It doesn't change in PM document. (PM 6.5)
Wat can I do? The tables are maximal 20 lines and 6 columns. It is just for a page in a booklet (15 X 24 cms)
Thanks!!

I have to admit I am stumped.

I have had Adobe table 3.0 tables linked to a doc in the past and they updated flawlessly. I just attempted to recreate it and am getting funky errors (PM does not know how to place.. etc) which only goes to reinforce my opinion that Adobe table is a piece of crap application that was merely an afterthought by Adobe, sort of like PM7.0 was.

Your best bet, if you are using a lot of tables is to upgrade to InDesign, if you can afford it. And then you can use Excel tables with no problem. Shy of that, this link ~ ~ is to a terrific FAQ at the Adobe forum that will help you deal with using tables.

PM does NOT like OLE, whichis what you are doing when youlink a table, and you will have headaches. if it is just one table on one page.. best bet is to modify the table, then just do a coopy/paste to place it in the PM doc. That always works. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
