Have UMS installed. VM is sent to Email and Light on phone comes on. Can listen to the VM from OUTLOOK and the Light goes off. When you go to listen to it on the Phone, you hear that there is a new Message and even get the header of the Message, when it goes to play the message you get silence. But the Light goes out.

Voicemail user in Exchange has Full Access Permission.

VM Service is using Domain that the MAPI Profile uses with Local Admin Rights.

Has it ever worked? and if it did what has changed.. You do not provide enough information

They just purchased the License and we installed it.

Mapi profile set up - when VM is left goes to Email and light comes on Phone. If they listen to the Message via their PC the Light goes out. If they try to listen to the VM on their Phone they get everything up to the actual Message. But the Light goes out indicating it is flagged as Read.

The Audio is not being played on the Phone. Users that are not set up for UMS have no issue listening to their VM Messages. Just the UMS Users.
