UM4700 doesn't recognize who is calling in

I have this voicemail system. Have been working fine. I had a pilot number and 15 other lines in a UCD going to this voicemail.
For a reason too long to explain, I had to unprogram all these lines and re-program them in a different tenant (so users in other tenants can call these numbers).
But now when you call the pilot number, it rings like 5 times and then the voicemail picks up with a generic message - not knowing who just called in.
The voicemail system wasn't touched, only these numbers got unprogrammed and re-programmed in a different tenant. Their SFC remained the same.

What went wrong???
The phone system is SV9500

Sounds like you lost the MCI integration for the new tenant. Have you checked ASYD/L/N?

Yes, that's what it sounds like - I just don't know how to re-store (or set it up) for this new tenant. Where in ASYD/L should I check?
