UM not working after move

BCM 50 6.0.2

Customer moved. Changed nothing except internet provider.
Getting this message on logs.
DSL router is a bridge. He is not using the client. Just SMPT settings in system properties.
Was working fine until move.

If you moved to a new location and changed the provider, didn't that change the network addresses and the gateway etc... I would think you would need to readdress the IP side of things.
 
These errors point to name resolution or IP problems.

You could try smtp test from PC on same subnet as BCM to see if it can resolve/connect to the smtp server (either by IP address or hostname depending on how it is configured on the BCM). If PC on same subnet does not get a favourable response from smtp server, you know to look at the network further.

for smtp testing

If you had putty logon including password of the day for the BCM, you could do the same test from the BCM (I very much doubt you have this).
