Ultra 5 hardware question

Does anyone know what the largest hard drive the old Sun Ultra5's will hold? I was able to buy a used one recently with an 8.4 gig drive in it but I have an 80 gig hard drive laying around, so I'm wondering if the lil' guy will take it. I figure I could use it for a low-end web/file server =)

I forgot to ask, this lil' guy has 256MB in it which I'd like to upgrade. Do Sun stations need special memory or does any 50ns EDO ram work? I'd like to get it up to 512MB or more if possible =)

I have 120GB disk in mine however in order to see it you will need to install at least a late version of Solaris 8.
As for memory the Ultra5 does not use standard PC DIMMS. I guess you can call it special SUN memory as I have not see the type it uses on other desktop systems.
