Ultra 30 cdrom problem .... Help!!

Hi,

I have an ultra 30 system. I am trying to reinstall the operating environment on it, but everytime I place the Solaris 8 Installation cd inside the cdrom and close it, it pops right back out. I've just about had it with this. Can anyone help me out with this??
