Ulralink 11 PC update thresholds

Hi All

Does anyone know if the PC that is running Ultralink 11 S/W for wallboards can have its update speed increased? Mine is updating at intervals of between 20 and 30 secs, although the CMS is set for 10 seconds. Thanks
