I have been using Yealink IP phones with all my UCX installs but do the Nortel IP phones integrate better? I've seen a lot of post with people using Nortel ip phones. Is there a particular model that works best.

I highly recommend the Nortel/Avaya 1100/1200 IP phones, they work inherently perfectly with the UCx.

The Nortel phones have advantages such as Hot Desking, Shared Call Appearances, and so on that are Nortel phone centric and not available on the SIP phones. The 1230 is my personal choice because it offers more "real estate" on the phone, but like RLSbutton said, the 1100/1200 series work great with UCx.
