UCx Multi Site speaks of Centralized Messaging but I cannot find any information on how this works or how to set it up. Looking for something similar to Centralized VM. Anyone have any Info they can share?

If you use a UCx 450 or UCx 1000 as a Centralized Host and have end points or even Digital Gateways at the remote offices, then the concept of Centralized Messaging is there. If you are using multiple UCx systems across the network, then EACH UCx system would have their own voice mail, and "Centralized Messaging" wouldn't be a true representation of what it should be. I will open a ticket with E-Metrotel for clarification and post again when I have an answer.

I checked with E-Metrotel and received this response. "The concept of Centralized Messaging is based on a centralized UCX with ALL extensions registered to the main UCx and SRG's at branched locations thus providing the convenience of voice mail and voice mail-to-email access across all sites."
