Is there a way on the UCP where you can swicth off a users forward on a phone via the programming portal? We have a remote handset that I want to manually turn the B/N forward off on.

If it is a fixed destination then I would use preset forward.

Or are you allowing them to set their own destination, and just turning on the feature? In this case i would turn on/off forward for extn in extn attributes.

Its an extension that has 5541+hunt group as a flex key. When the member of staff is away from the desk they press the button to divert any calls, unfortunately the user forgets to take it off when back in the office meaning we cant ring them. Any ideas?

The only way i have found on my UCP is to set their forwarding via preset forward on DND. This won't work if they forward to different groups.

If they set their phone to DND, you can disable it by turning off DND for their extn in extn attributes.it takes the phone out of DND and you can turn back on again for them to use incorrectly next time.

This doesn't seem to work with the call forward feature

I have requested this feature once but I think it is not implemented till now.
Answer was that you still can login with station number and password...
