Have a IPO running 8.1.69 with a UCM card running 8.1.98. Been working great for 8 months. Last week people could not leave messages. Auto-Attendant still works and you get to the person's VM and hear the beep but no message recorded.
Tried accessing web-controlbut get this:
Traceback (most recent call last):

everything.
Has anyone seen this before or any suggestions. I have rebooted, Thanks

I just had the same thing happen to me (except with one user)and there were some suggestions made in here and the final resolution...

It could be broken so make a backup while you still can.
Check if this is a UCM with the known problem.
This problem is that the SSD will break down.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

BACK IT UP if you can!!!! If you reboot it, it will go into a kernel panic and it will be READ ONLY. It has happened on like 5 BRAND NEW "good" UC modules. They are CR*P. I've thrown every single linux command I can muster to re-mount it into RW, but alas, it won't go. Backup if you can, get it replaced, ASAP.

Thanks for the great info. I he already re-booted. It did go to read only. Luckily I had been doing weekly backups . I will swap out card and apply backup. Thanks again.
