UC110 switching it to IP Office Mode not Intuity

Hi

I can log onto the UC110 with voicemail pro client but when I change the setting from intuity to ip office I gat an error pop saying the directory is missing or empty

Any ideas

If i where you i would check the PCS level of the C110.
There are issues with the SSD which can break down.
I would try a reboot and if that does not work then check the PCS level.
