Hey Guys!

Last week I made an upgrade on a uc module from 8(66) to 9.1.3,everything went well. When I first start the ucmodule on 9.1.3 it ask me to change the Admin pass to access VMrpo manager.I put VMpro123$ for web control port 7070/7071 and the same thing for vmrpo Admin.Monday customer call me tell me he cant access vmrpo admin anymore, ive tried all the password possible but wont work.In avaya doc it says go to IPO security and change the VM password then go tho 7070 and put the same password in application section, witch i did but I still have no access.

Can someone help

Thanks

Sorry for errors im a Quebec frenchie...

Hi JoConnex

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but when you can't access the vmpro, you are going to the webpage which would get you in.

That would be lan ip address>:7070
Then you would log in with the username / password you set earlier.

If your password doesn't work here, then you will probably have to re-ignite the vmpro. If you know the root password you can go in and remove a file that has the security settings and reboot the vmpro. The vmpro should rebuild the file.

My choice would be to reignite... and hope you backed up any modules you have built.

Hi azrael2000 Ontario neighbor [wink]

Hi have access to web control 7070 and 7071.In version 9.1 the web control change a lot I have tried resetting the client password there but no success...

I just figured it out, on manager you can access security menu just like IPO and you can default the security option. After that you get prompt by manager to change security,Administrator and System password for UCM.It dosent say that anywhere in avaya doc.I find it here Link

Thanks for responding
