I know there is a work around for AIX 4.x regarding the DST, I want to be 100% certain I set my TZ variable correct. I am in EST timezone, so I would use:
TZ=EST5EDT,M3.2.0,M11.1.0
Using:
TIA
TZ=EST5EDT,M3.2.0,M11.1.0
Using:
TIA

Looks good. Just be sure to put it in /etc/environment and reboot sometime before March.
