typeperf - wrong "total disk" time display ?

Hi,

Running the following command while heavy disk operation,occasionaly % numbers get up to 150 (?!).
aNY IDEA WHY ?

typeperf "\physicaldisk(_Total)\% Disk Time"

I have a guess: In most cases, fast disk access is due to caching and not really because the drive is fast. I would hazard to guess that you're running out of cache (perhaps on both the drive and in main RAM) and it's actually giving you the REAL hard drive performance, of which 150 may be normal. Also, your drive controller and drivers could be messing with the numbers. You may want to update to the latest version of the driver and try it again. Hope this helps.
