Type 2 Token Ring speed rating.

Type 2 cable is a 150 ohm cable with 4 non-shielded twisted pairs and 2 shielded twisted pairs. It is rated at a bandwidth of 300 MHz, and is 22 AWG.
As long as you have the proper components it will run 100 Meg. Since it is 150 ohm, you can't mix with cat 5 or 6 (which are both 100 ohm) without impedance matching transformers.

It has been a long time, but I think that Cat 4 UTP was rated at 20 mhz and was for token rings16 Mbps networks, actual type 2 cable is Shielded Twisted Pair, no standard exists at all to run ethernet over STP
