Two way modem communication.

I wrote the begining of a modem communication program but my question is how do I recieve and print data form another computer? You can only open a serial port in one mode so how can this be achieved?

If you have QB 4.5 or better, I think you should take a second look at OPEN FOR RANDOM using LEN(Buffer) in the help files.
