Hi,
How can I do the following?
1- Create a button in my form to prompt the file browser to select an image (jpeg) and display it in the page.
e.g. I have a blank form, the button is on the top left corner, when pressed it prompts to select an image file and displays the image on the page.
2- Add additional field. I would like to have the option with a drop down menu to add additional field/information.
With every input the data will be displayed on the top of the field and the dropdown will be available for another selection.
e.g. If I want to list software’s installed on a PC:
Field name - Software:
First drop down - Office 2ks
auto prompt for second drop down - Adobe Acrobat
auto prompt for third drop down - Photoshop
etc...
