I am trying to use these two 300w power supplies I have in one system(not two motherboards)basically for the obvious reasons...I have them, need the power for all my fans, drives, etc., and because buying a larger one would be, I believe, a uneeded expense. There must be a way to wire them together so that they start off the same motherboard...I'm sure I can splice a few wires or something and it can happen, but I would rather be able to find a diagram somewhere to save me from shorting both of these out. If you know of anywhere I can get a diagram such as this please let me know..Thanks.

jonboymfly,
If you need more wattage I would concider buying a stand-alone supply. You really wont be able to determine just what the load will be on each supply. It would be best to look at the overall power needs of your entire system and then use a single supply that can handle the given load you have. Two supplies will only make maters more dificult to sort out. Where would you put the second supply? I am not sure how the ATX form factor would handle this. I am assuming you are using an ATX motherboard. I currently have a 400-watt supply driving an Athlon 1.33ghz and four fans plus a few other things. I use the PC mainly for Flight Sims and I have not run into any type of power issues.
This is just my two cents worth.
