Two Domains, one NT4 and the other W2000, need to decommision NT4.

Hi,

I could do with some advice on howto decommision a domain with one NT4 PDC, DOMAIN1. This PDC is also our exchange 5.5 mail server. The mail users are linked to DOMAIN2, through ADC.

The second domain is an Active directory domain, DOMAIN2.

Any advice, pitfalls in howto decomission DOMAIN1 to a member server of DOMAIN2. and not effect echange?
