Two DCs one is Exchange 2000. 1

I have two DCs, and one is running Exchange 2000. I can add edit or delete users and mailboxes on the server with exchange. However on the other W2K DC I can only add users edit and delte accounts, but nothing can be done as regards exchange, adding or deleting mailboxes.

What is required to have that DC be able to handle requests for the exchange mailboxes and so on?

You need to install the management tools from the exchange cd. Run setup from the exchange CD, and choose a custom install.
