Two 2000 Servers on separate domains, want to pass on internet connect

I have two 2000 servers, one is providing NAT and is multihomed with one NIC out to the net and the other internal, 192.168.1.100, the domain is DOMAIN1. I have another domain DOMAIN2 which is multihomed, the internal is 192.168.2.1 and the external to the other server is, 192.168.1.20. the external 192.168.1.20 is handed out via DHCP from DOMAIN1. DOMAIN2 Server cannot get to the internet, but when pinging i get a resolved address but no reply. So I am connecting to the DOMAIN1 DNS correctly for it is resolving my address. What do i need to do in order to get the other server on the internet? Any help would be greatly appreciated....
