TWINNING to a cell phone

Is TWINNING to an outside telephone number such as a cell phone available on any Nortel/Norstar/Meridian systems?

If so has anyone used it, what is your experience with it and your customers feedback. This seems like it would be great for my clients who roam all over the place.

I don't think it's possible on a Norstar / BCM system. However if you have any PCA licences on a CS1000 from release 3.0, then I think it's easy to do.
