have issues with the second device to be dial from any voicemail box in system. first device goes out within seconds and when not returned it is program to dial a second phone number. have put up a trace on voicemail and see the first port go out and dial number but not the second number if not answer. this just stopped working. have turnoff voicemail to reset and no luck. first, can i swap hard drives and keep my recording and voicemail boxes set up, or can i save all the programing and voicemail boxes to a PC and reload them into another tva 200. or is there a board in the voicemail that control the dial out devices. or any setting outside of the managed voicemail box that control this. email notifications also still work on this tva.
