TV Card Not Configuring

I have a reveal tv tuner card that wont work on my computer(P200-mmx 48megs win98) It worked fine a few months ago, then all of the sudden, it stopped working. I went to the configuration window and it said that I have the wrong Video DAC address. It gives me the option to type an address in. Anyone know how to fix it?

not sure. call the technical support of the TV card. or try this :
