I have a Hauppauge tv card and I am running win2k. The Hauppauge webstie has no win2k drivers or information available. Win2k does no recognize the hardware. Is there any thing I can do other than wait on Hauppauge? s-)

Thanks, [sig]
Turbo
[/sig]

you will have to wait on them, unless you are a technical genius have have their driver plans, and could try to develop new drivers yourself, chances are the chipset isnt generic and would not be supported, you may want to check with microsoft howerver, since they do sometimes have WDM drivers , for example, before SoundBlaster Live! drivers were created for Win2k , Microsoft had WDM drivers, that allows the basic functionality to work, however with a TV card, its not just the drivers, but the application that has to use it as well. Thanks Karl. I know the application works so I am sure it is the drivers. How can I go about checking with Microsoft for these WDM drivers?

Thanks Again, [sig]
Turbo
[/sig]

normally if you try to update drivers for the device you have on the machine going through Control panel, system, hardware, device manager, then finding your device , right clicking properties, then do automatically find device, you should have an option on the list to use Microsoft Windows Update online as a form of finding drivers.
