Turning on Nums Lock by default

Even tho it is enabled in BIOS the Nums Lockis off when this 2K box is booted. I had to do a registry hack when I originally installed the OS. But that was 3 years ago and recently I had to reformat and start over. Now I cant find the hack. The site that created it is 404.
Can anyone supply this info?

Darn! and it was so promising too. But it didnt do the trick. It was already set at 2 but still no joy.
