Hi, I have a CRA at the front end and when a caller presses an option we get the VM prompting that he call is being transferred to that dept. Is there any way to turn that off?
Voice Processor > Identification Prompt - No
Voice Processor > Application-Related Information > Auto Attendant Information > Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt - No
Pretty sure you only need to do the first one in the case of CRAs.

Also check mailboxes and make sure Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt - No
If a mailbox doesn't exist create an Extension ID (Voice Processor > Devices > Extension IDs) and set it there.
