Turning off IE Search

Ok, through Active Directory I removed all of the buttons on Internet Explorer, but you are still able to go to the view menu, then explorer bar, and still get to the search option. My question is, is there any way to remove or not allow users to access it?

This utility will do it all for you & if you want to dig around, you can see the registry keys that it changes.
