Is there a command you can issue Via Comm Manager to turn Send All Calls off on a user's phone. I know the user can do it using a feature code but, wanted to know if it is posible using Comm Manager.
Any help is Appreciated.

The only way I know to do this is to dial the FAC.

There is a FAC you can dial from your phone to activate or deactivate another user's send-all-calls.
Look for "remote send all calls activation" on page 3 or 4 of ch fea

You cannot activate/de-activate Send All Calls using the SAT. As mentioned above, a phone that has a Class of Service (COS) with Console Permissions enabled can toggle the feature by dialing the feature code followed by the extension number.

I have many remote users. Sometimes for what ever reason someone can't figure out how to turn off SAC. I log into their phone via IP softphone and remotly turn it off.

Or if you have an IP phone hanging off of the remote PBX and console permissions then you can remotly turn if off. FAC extension.

In my release 11, if we program a SAC button, there comes an empty field to the right. Enter there the extension you wish to control the feature on. If you wish to turn on or off the SAC from your phone, change your station, put into that field the extension you wish to change, then use the button on your phone to activate / deactivate the feature as if you were sitting at the desk in question.
