Turn off On Hold Confirmation beeps

Is it possible to turn off the on-hold confirmation beeps, so the internal caller hears silence while on hold in CCM 4.1?

I think - and I'm writing this off the top of my head - you'd have to have a recording of silence and put it on the MOH. There may be a different way, let me see what I can find.

Thanks, i am reading up on this...i found MOH only applies to external callers on hold and not internal calls...still digging here too.

No, it applies to internal calls - I hear MOH on my internal calls...

If you want No MOH totally, remove the MOH resouces from the MRGL. Remember MOH depends on type of Hold, System or User not Internal or External Calls. You may be able to remove MOH from the phones MRGL and create a separate one for Gateways. Never tried it though. Most people just complain about the type of music. Even had some people call one of the Cisco files as 'Stripper Music'. I guess they were hanging out in the wrong places
