turn off Find and Replace? 1

A User has asked

Can you please tell me if there is a way to turn off Find and Replace? Once I use the Find and Replace feature I can no longer use CTRL + Page Up/Down. When I use Ctrl + Page Down it reverts to searching for the string I used in Find/Replace instead of paging up or down.

I have searched and found nothing does anyone have any ideas

but besides that, trust me when I say that you don't want to do this. Is this user REALLY saying that they don't EVER want to use F&R ??

Hi robros,

It sounds like you're using Word.

Find /Replace sets the Browser to Find Next - you can change it back easily enough - bottom right of the screen between the Browse Next and Browse Previous arrowhead buttons is the Select Browser Object button (Alt+Ctrl+Home on the keyboard) - choose your object and away you go.
