Turn off BCC???

Just don't include any receipients in the BCC field.

Open Outlook, open a blank email and click on the little down arrow on the Options button. Now click on Bcc. (Note this is a sticky setting.)
This can be turned off in policies - but I don't deal get involved with deployment, so I have no idea how to do that!
