TTY or language translation

I just installed software and a modem on a PC in order to handle these types of calls in our call center. Here is the website:
It works well and has an answering machine service built in so it will answer the TTY calls if no one is around. We have a couple 800 numbers routed directly to this modem to handle TTY calls.
