Problems is as follow and a brief description of my problem:
1st, All the Incoming Calls are bieng handle through a CO Trunk-Gruop 6, this Trk-Grp 6, this a CO Trk-Grp has only 4 channels Loop-start.
When a TTY call is receive through this CO Trk-Grp 6, these calls are handle 1st internally through the agents that have ONE-X Agent 2.5 configure on there PC's. All the calls Receive are handle okay with no problem through this main Call Center, TTY Caller can write and receive any answers from One-X Agent with no problem.
If all the 5 or 6 agents are busy, then the call are being transfer to the external Call Center through a ISDN-Pri Trunk.. This Trunk Group is Trk-Grp 3. The problem start once the call is receive at the External call Center. These agents also have One-X Agent 5.2 too handle TTY Calls.
When the agent at the external Call Center, with ONE-X Agent 2.5 receives the call, he can see his prompt message that he provides to the TTY Caller. The TTY Caller can see on the TTY Phone, the sending command, but he only can see is No sense Wording or Crazy letters, no understandble wording.
If the TTY Caller writes any sentence, the External Call Center Agent handling the TTY call, receives clearly the sentence, but If the agent try's to reply the TTY Caller, this one can not understand anything writen from the external Call Center One-x Agent.
Error even occurs when transfering calls thruogh a t1 trunk (h323) configure between Main PBX and Back-Up Call Center.
Could it be something that I have to modify, some setting's in the ISDN-Pri Trk-Grp 3 for this type of transfering TYY Call.
