TSP Client connecting to Windows 2003 telephony server

Hey all, I need some help connecting a Norstar TSP client to a windows 2003 server. I can use it fine from the server and the clients are configured correctly, but cant connect from the client machines. All the Client machines are Windows XP SP2. I have heard on a previous thread that you have to run the TSP on the srever in windows 2000 emulated mode but am unsure how to do this. Plese help??

MS has a virtual server - which lets u install multiple OSs on a single machine. thats what the IT people did -
and i got the sw installed on the 2000 logical machine
