TSM Operational reporting and Web

Hi all,
I have installed the TSM Opearational Reporting. I'm getting the daily reports. That works fine. My problem is when I want to use the summary information, the address:

http://machine/tsmreptweb

gave no thing. I don't know if I have to do something before to be able to use that. I went to the web folder where we find all the html pages, but the links between pages don't work
Any help will be appreciated

No, there is no IIS
I should install it and publish the folder?
