TSAPI, telephony intergration

Has anyone had any experience with using TSAPI, I cant seem to find very much information on it at all.

I understand the architecture with the .NLMs sitting on the server, the server connecting to the PBX via vender specific drivers and then having to write or purchase the client end applications, but dont really know where to start, anyone got any ideas/advice.
