TSAC Client printer default paper size problem

When my remote clients connect to our TS server the paper size on their local printers is defaulting to letter rather than A4.

Unfortunately users do not have permission to change the page size when logged in to TSAC.

Does any one know where I can set this permission? Users are already members of print operators in AD.
