On one of my WIN2K (sp2) servers, I'm trying to install TS. However, the install keeps requesting a TSC.001 file on the service pack 2 cd which is not there or I wouldn't be asking for help. I've search all the server disks, but come up blank. Does any one have a clue as to this file??????
Thanks

Go to search for Service Pack 2 (or if you already have it, great). Start the install, it will decompress all of the files to a temporary directory. When it comes up with the "Welcome to Windows 2000 SP2, please click Next to install" (or whatever that screen says), STOP! Leave the screen running. Do not close it, or the files you just decompressed will be deleted. Now go and install TS. When it asks for the SP2 CD, point it to the directory where you just decompressed all of those files. Should be it. Once TS is installed, you can cancel the SP2 install.
