I have an issue where users are logging on to terminal server and intermittently the screen locks up right before the login screen or right after they login. In the terminal server manager it shows as an active session, but the session is not responding. I can log them off from the manager, and then they can log back in with no problem. Any ideas on how to rectify this locking up issue? Thank you.
