Trying to print to PDF full 8.5 x 11 page w/o margin loss

I'm trying to create a PDF file from Publisher without losing 1/4" around the entire letter size document. I've even tried changing papersize to 11x17 but I can not find where to turn off the "tiling" feature in Publisher - I end up with 4 PDF pages.

1 Is there any way to create a full 8.5x11 PDF from Publisher? Or...
2. Is there any way to turn off the print tiling feature?

These instructions work for Publisher 2000 and Acrobat 4.0. Don't know about other versions.

[ul][li]Create your document.[/li]
[li]Select FILE/PRINT[/li]
[li]Change printer to ACROBAT PDFWRITER[/li]
[li]Click the PROPERTIES button[/li]
[li]Change MARGINS value to 0.[/li]
[li]Click OK button[/li]
[li]Click next OK button to print your document.[/li][/ul]
