Trying to output matrix style table

Hello,

I could really use some help, I am trying to accomplish the same style of output that this site has done
It is call childcare choices and it is pulling from several databases to output a matrix style table

I know that I probably need four tables, First one with the name of childcare centers which would be the main one, one with the days of the week, one with the times of the day (Full Day,Half Day AM, Half Day PM, Evening ) and one for the ages of children (Infant, Toddlers, preschoolers, etc...)

From there I am really not sure where to go, any help would be greatly appriciated.
