Trying to install IOS image on Catalyst 2960G switch

The switch (Catalyst 2960G) has no IOS image. I boot the switch and start it in flash_init mode. From previous experience there is usually a TFTP feature in ROMMON mode on routers that I have worked with but there doesnt appear to be such an option with this switch.

I am doing research on the web for achieving the download of the image to the switch using hyperterminal and XMODEM but I am not having much luck.

Would any of you guys have an idea of what I need to do to get this image on this switch ?
