Hello all,
I'm trying to install a BorderManager 3.5 snap-in to NWADMIN32 so that I can eventually set up a VPN. I'm using NW 5.1 logged in as myself.
But when I go to install it to the same directory as NWADMIN32 I get an error message telling me that the directory is read only.
I inherited this network last year and I assumed that the previous administrator would have set me up as having Supervisor rights for all directories. Maybe not?
I've tried logging in as the Admin, but still get this error when I try and install the snapins...what can I do to solve the issue of the read only directory (z:\public\win32)?
I've also tried right clicking on the folder itself and changing the access rights so that I am logged in with the correct rights but still no luck.
Is there something I'm missing here? What else can I do?
Thanks for any help I can get
