Trying to find GPU's PCI (not express)

Hi,

I'm trying to find some graphics cards for some Dell pc's that only have low profile PCI slots.

I have looked every where, and could only find ones in the £100+ price range, but I only have a budget of around £50 each.

Can anyone help me, or does any one know of a different solution?

depending on your graphics needs, it is Vista compatible but don't expect great frame rates. This is a US company, you will need to do some searching but should be able to find it locally.

I had a similar issue a year or two back, and the only low-profile PCI graphics cards I could find were from the FX5500 or 5700 line. They're fairly old, but they work. You might still be able to get a model that has dual outputs (that was the application that we needed from them). I believe that we got ours from CDW at the time.

Thanks to you both for helping.

I'll have to check with my local supplier to see if they can source these cards. They would most probably buy them from Newegg and ship them over to their UK warehouse, for a "small" fee which will be ok if its under £10 a card (£35-£45 each).

We have a large contingent of UK residents here, maybe one can supply a local source. Honestly, if you're not gaming then the cheaper the card the better, as long as it meets your needs.
