Trying to change the AA to ring at 22 instaed of 21

Went into F982 and changed AA ext to 22

Still no luck it rins at 21 when I press "0" at the AA outgoing message?

What am I overlooking?

the attendant setting for the table, which takes precedence over F982.

also try looking at mailbox 10 and make sure the extension assignment is 22.

you might also want to go the Direct Dial prompts in the phone programming and make sure that is programmed for 22
