Trunk-Trunk Transfer in IPO not working

Dear Experts,
I need your help in making trunk-trunk call in IPO 500 V2 7(23). We have all the parameter set correctly like "Inhibit off-switch forward/transfer (unchecked)) and trunk-trunk transfer enable in trunk lines. However whenever we make 1 call then hit transfer button, the first call goes on hold and then we dial our ARS code but as soon as we get the outside line the first line disconnects. Whereas if we make 1 call the put it on hold and then dial conference short code (*47) and then the 2nd number, the conference is successful.

We need to enable trunk-trunk transfer urgently in out network. Thanks.

Where are you located? What type of trunks? What does monitor show for the disconnect?

There are other settings that may need to be looked at.

- Look at the "private/public" settings of the trunks. In some locales "System | Telephony | Telephony | Restrict Network Interconnect" is enabled by default. If so each trunk has a Network Type setting and public trunks cannot be connected to private trunks etc.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
