Transfer question.

I have a problem that I can't figure out. I have several sights connected via IP trunks. When someone calls sight A that person see the caller id number of the person who called. They then press transfer and dial the extension of sight B. The person in B see's A's extension. When A presses transfer again the call is sent to B but the extension of A is still on B's display, not the name/number of the origional person who called. Why is that?
FYI:
Send Name: Y Send Calling Number:Y. On all tie IP trunks. There are other sights all connected via IP trunks. It happens for all sights but they they are all set up the same.
