Trunk to trunk RNA call gos to VM

here is my scenario:
* NI2 PRI into M1, QSIG PRI from M1 to ShoreTel.
* Calls in and out from ShoreTel good
* ShoreTel extensions are DSC’s in the M1
* Unanswered calls from M1 to ShoreTel phones revert to the CallPilot MB
* ShoreTel RNA=3
* M1: RTIM=60, CFNO=4, any references to sending DID call to MCI=No
* DNDH,MDID,NDID,MWFB all = NO

Any ideas?

Are these DID calls that are DSC over to the ShoreTel or are they transferred calls

Perry, thanks for taking a look. These are calls transferred from the attendant or dialed through the AA

If there dialed through the AA they will go back to it, as far as the Attendant you need to take a closer look at that. This is called transfer recall

What timer controls the recall to AA? The ShoreTel RNA to VM (ShoreTel VM) is 3 rings, so it shouldnt go back to the AA
